These meetings are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provision of Florida Law. Agendas are generally available the Monday before a Town Meeting (4 days). A copy of the proposed enactments, and all legal descriptions, may be inspected by the public at the Town of Southwest Ranches Town Hall. By appointment only, please (954) 434-0008. Comments of any interested party relative to the matters that will be discussed at the meetings may be submitted in writing and/or presented in person at the meetings. SHOULD ANY PERSON DESIRE TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD, AGENCY OR COUNCIL, WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED AT THESE MEETINGS OR HEARINGS, THAT PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND IT WILL BE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, INCLUDING ALL TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH ANY APPEAL MAY BE BASED (F.S. 286.0105). Two or more members of any other Town Committee, Board, Agency, or Council, who are not members of this board may attend this meeting and may, at that time, discuss matters on which foreseeable action may later be taken by their Committee, Board, Agency, or Council.
